AJH's Privacy Policy
1. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
AJH is responsible for the collection and processing of data, deciding its processing and purposes of usage.
AJH may collect personal information from its users, such as email address, name, telephone number, adress, age, sex, and also about user’s preferences and interests.
AJH’s website uses cookies to collect technical information regarding the visits to the website, which does not allow the identification of the visitor. The technical information is about the user’s computer’s hardware and software, such as IP address (InternetProtocol); the type of internet browser and the operating system; the date and time of the visit; the pages visited on the website and the downloaded files.
We warn that if the user inserts personal data through the public forums on AJH’s website, such information might be collected and used by other people.
2. DATA USAGE
The user’s personal data will be used to guarantee the communication with the user through the website and newsletters, also to send unsolicited information that may be of their interest; enquiries to collect user’s opinions on different subjects related to AJH.
Technical information will only be used for statistical purposes related to AJH’s website usage.
AJH does not use, disclose, sell nor trade any personal data of its users without their consent. We also do not disclose personal information such as race, religion or political preferences without the user’s express consent. Occasionally, we may contact the user on behalf of external partners about a specif offer that may be of interest for the user. On such cases, the user’s personal information (name, email address, adress and telephone number) are not shared with the partner.
The time period for storing and processing provided personal data for our content distribution by email might be stored until the end of its utilization.

AJH is committed to the user’s personal data security protection. All technical and organizational measures needed to protect user’s data regarding unauthorized processing and access are ensured during the process of collection, treatment and usage of data.
We work to avoid unauthorized or illegal usage of personal data as well as its lost, destruction or damage. However, we may not offer complete guarantee over the user’s data usage. a) notify the controlling authorities within 72 hours after acknoledging the situation;
b) communicate, in due course, the situation to the owner of the affected data.
AJH is responsible for data treatment and ensures its privacy. The user will have free access to its personal data, being able to request the removal of wrongly collected data by contacting over phone or in writing.
Regarding data privacy, the collected information can only be accessed by elements of AJH’s Direction Board that are on duty. All information will be solely used for the purposes expressed on the collection forms and will not be provided for other purposes.
4. COPYRIGHT
All contents of any nature on AJH’s communication platforms, such as website and newsletters, cannot be replicated, distributed, modified nor placed on other websites without previous written authorization by AJH.
5. USER RIGHTS
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (1), the user has the right to obtain information over their personal data.
The user has the right to know which personal data were processed by AJH, also requiring to correct, complement, block or delete data total or partially in case of incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant data for processing.
The user shall inform the data update. You may at any time ask us to refrain from taking part of AJH’s database by sending us an email or by telephoning us.

Our cookies policy was developped to explain to our users how our website use cookies, to ensure a safe browsing and to demonstrate our committment on protecting the privacy of your data. We do not trade any information collected by cookies.
